How does an alkaline electrolytic bath function
As a mature electrolysis technology, alkaline water electrolysis (AWE) plays a dominant role. The diaphragm of an electrolytic bath for alkaline water electrolysis to produce hydrogen is mainly composed of polymer materials, for the purpose of separating out gases. Both the anode and cathode are made of metal alloys, such as Ni-Mo. Water molecules are decomposed into H+ and OH- at the anode, and then H+ becomes hydrogen atoms afterwards with electrons, and further becomes hydrogen molecules (H2). OH-, under the effect of electric field between the anode and cathode, passes through the porous diaphragm to reach the anode, and then it produces one water molecule and one oxygen molecule after losing the electrons. The electrolytic bath is the core of the alkaline electrolysis device. A transformer and rectifier cabinet are needed in front of the bath to convert HV AC power into the DC power necessary for the electrolytic bath, so that electrolysis of water can be performed in the electrolytic bath.
What is the difference between the ABC Roof BIPV system and a traditional distributed rooftop PV system?
ABC Roof BIPV system integrates the PV power generation system with high-quality metal roofing system. It meets the structural and architectural design requirements, including complete roofing building details such as purlins, inner plates, insulation cotton, outer plates, and the PV power generation layer. (Traditional rooftop PV is installed on top of the roof.)
